Michael Zapherson

My name is Michael Zapherson, I am a part time real estate agent and property manager. I studied real estate and property management at the University of Alaska Anchorage, graduating at the top of my class with Summa Cum Laude. Real estate is a huge passion of mine, whether that is helping someone find their dream home, helping to reorganize apartment management, or supporting innovative technology in the field. I am constantly looking for personal and professional growth so that I can make myself more useful to my community. I am currently working on obtaining my general contractors license, and will soon be entering the workforce full time in an apartment community administrative role.
